The third type is candy which has crystallized sugars mixed with other ingredients like milk solids, corn syrup, gelatin fats, etc.; this makes them easier to chew.

Powder

Dry honey is a plain sugar-free sweetener that comes in powder form. It has no flavor or aroma and is used primarily by those who are allergic to pollen, as it does not contain any pollens. The texture of the product can be variable, depending on its preparation technique; however, all dry honey is able to produce crystallized bubbles when exposed to moisture and heat either from chewing or cooking with heated ingredients such as oil or butter.

Lozenges

Lozenges are small spherical candies with brittle texture and sticky consistency; these have crystallized sugars mixed with other ingredients like milk solids, corn syrup, gelatin fats, etc., making it easier to chew as compared to sugar itself. It is a type of pharmaceutical tablet, usually hard and sugar-coated that is intended to be dissolved slowly in the mouth. They can be either sweetened or not with sucrose, sorbitol, or erythritol.

Candy

Candy honey is a type of dry crystallized or candied sweets made by forming sugar into hot, liquid candy and adding flavors such as spices to it before cooling. Candy honey can be used in many different ways; some people use them for decoration and others eat them like they do other types of hard candy. Because the product contains all-natural flavorings, there are no artificial colors or preservatives added to these products.

Granules

Granules are hard lumps that contain even less moisture than powders and still provide some sweet taste while dissolving into liquid when heated to melt them down. Granules dry honey are freshly harvested raw natural honey granulated in most humid conditions where it can be stored without any need for refrigeration until consumption with a shelf life up to 12 months under normal ambient temperature and humidity conditions (25°C/77°F & 65% RH) without significant crystallization occurring during storage periods exceeding this duration period due to its characteristic low density. It contains all origin-specific flavors but has significantly less moisture content.

Food and Beverage industry

Dry honey is used in the food and beverage industry as a natural sweetener, which can be safely consumed without any side effects. It has been gaining popularity due to its health benefits such as a low glycemic index level (GI) of 55-60 as well as the absence of sugar alcohols or other substances that may cause bloating and stomach upset.

Personal care & Cosmetic industry

Dry honey application for skin moisturizing properties making it an excellent ingredient for body lotions, balms, creams, and facial masks.
