Extruded or Pelletized Activated Carbon:
Extruded or Pelletized activated carbon is produced by the process of grinding and compressing. The manufacturing process takes in coal, petroleum coke, rice husks, black liquor which are heated to a high temperature before being discharged into a chamber where they react with each other under pressure. This produces charcoal that can be processed further for use as activated carbon.
