Centrifuging Spray Drying System:

It uses high-speed rotation and creates gas pressure within the chamber (centrifugal force) for the spray-drying process. The most common type of this machine, which is also known as spindle atomizer or impeller ring atomizer, works on the principle that when a liquid is introduced into an area of lower pressure (vacuum), it will automatically form fine droplets which are then dried in warm air. This machine consists of one rotating part and two stationary parts. The centrifugal atomizing unit uses some rotary speed to produce fast-flowing fluid or slurry that is fed into the atomizer. The feed rate of powder directly depends on the rotational speed, capacity, viscosity, and other fluid properties.
