Chicken meals are used primarily in pet food or animal feed additive products but can also be found in processed meats like hot dogs or chicken nuggets. As a byproduct from preparing raw poultry for human consumption, it is added to other ground meat ingredients in order to maintain color without adding additives that would mask the natural flavor profile inherent with all-white proteins sources (such as whey). Pork Meal:

Pork meal is a meat product that is made from ground pork and may be produced by rendering. It can also refer to the resulting dried solids (meat powder). Pork meal has had some of its moisture removed, so it keeps longer than raw or fresh pork.
