Hot Forming Press is a machine that can produce metal products through the hot forming process. Hot Forging Process include rolling, extrusion, and drawing of the workpiece to be formed on a die or mold. The material for this type of forging has been heated above its recrystallization temperature so that it becomes plastic enough to allow working by means of pressure from punches and/or dies without heating the mass excessively as would result in further degradation due to annealing. This procedure resembles cold-working processes such as roll bending etc., except that parts are not reduced in cross-section during deformation but rather maintain their initial size while being transformed into new shapes with completely different configurations. In the hot forming process, the temperature needs to be maintained between 550-650°C.

A tire-tread hot press is a machine that shapes and forms metal while it is red hot. These presses can form any section of sheet material including both flat and curved pieces. This type of equipment is used in the manufacturing of tires, transmissions, cylinder heads for engines as well as many other parts requiring high strength or precision machining capabilities. It uses anvils to shape the heated metal which is placed between two rolls with grooves on their surfaces known as dies where temperature control systems help get rid of heat from the plate during this process through water cooling channels built into these components.

 

 

Hydraulic Hot Press:

The hydraulic hot press is an automated system that uses high pressure on the material to be molded. It can hold multiple parts in one mold, work with larger or smaller molds and make several materials at once. A hydraulic hot press is one of the most advanced types of forming presses. It uses high oil pressure to generate force, rather than using a mechanical ram. This means that it doesn’t need any special foundation or bedding work - just install and use!
