The former needs to rely on manpower for operation while the latter relies on various devices such as tractors or other agricultural machines for their efficiency. Small-scale fertilizer production lines are used for small-scale farming. The products of this machine include liquid fertilizers, compost, and dry powder form. The machinery is mainly applied in organic soil nutrient management to produce natural pesticides such as insecticides, herbicides, and fungicides. It also provides a biological growth system that increases the fertility of crops by naturally stimulating their ability to capture nutrients from the air and water.



Large-Scale Fertilizer Equipment:

Large-scale fertilizer equipment is a type of machinery used to produce compound fertilizers. The machinery includes machines such as organic and inorganic macerator, centrifuge with fine screen, mixer for mixing raw materials (such as urea) into the water and other substances), press-molding machine. These equipment are very powerful commercially available at that time because they can manufacture more than 100 tons of compost per day but it's not possible without these heavy-duty machinery.

Organic Fertilizer:

Fertilizer machinery is used in organic fertilizer production. Organic fertilizers are made up of substances like leaf & plant refuse, animal manures, and sewage sludge (for nitrogen). The input materials can be mixed with water or steam to produce a compost-like mixture that has excellent nutrient value for the soil as well as boosting the life cycle of plants. Compound Fertilizer:

The fertilizer machinery is used in compound fertilizers to mix the various components and then transport them into a tank. The type of mixing machine depends on what component it is being mixed with, for example, if it was nitrogenous materials such as ammonium nitrate or anhydrous ammonia- urea formic acid would be added at this stage.
