Freeze drying kills microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi, which can cause spoilage in perishable foods. A vacuum chamber preserves the flavor, texture, color, and nutritional value by removing water from frozen foods at different temperatures below zero (°F). Vacuum Dried:

Vacuum Dried seafood is a method of preserving food by reducing the air pressure inside an enclosure to remove water from it. It can be done in several ways, including vacuum packing, tumble dryers, and freeze-drying. Sun-Dried:

Sun-drying is the oldest and most labor-intensive method of dehydrating food.
